On the morning of St. Patrick's Day my family (Grandma and Grandpa included) woke to a surprise at the breakfast table. I set each place setting with some green goodies and then we ate our traditional breakfast of Lucky Charms and green milk. I also made a cute fruit tray.

For the Kids |
Solee ate her entire pack of gum in record time. |
This is how the kids look in the morning. I'm actually surprised that 2 of the 3 kids have clothes on. |
The boys spent their morning on a Jeeping adventure.
We then met up for lunch in town. The kids got a green bagel. Afterward we split, boys to the National Automobile Museum and girls shopping.
For dinner my ma and I made a green feast. We had green potatoes au gratin, cabbage and corn, pesto chicken and green chips made from spinach tortillas.
After dinner we split again. This time Cayben and Shay went to karate and the rest of us went to Scheels.
Scheels was hosting a kid's event called, Leprechaun Luck. My girls went from station to station and were transformed into leprechauns. And they did indeed find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

And what is a trip to Scheels without out a ride on the ferris wheel?
Poor little Solee can hardly wait until she's big enough to ride.

What a fun-filled day spent with the people I love! How lucky I am.
