This one was a little different because it had me posting a picture on Instagram everyday. That was a little out of my comfort zone, but it helped me see how I can improve my alignment in poses I thought I was doing well at. The challenge also had me trying things I had never done before. I mostly loved the challenge because it got me stretching everyday! It has been about 10 years since I practiced yoga regularly. It's time I start doing something I love again!
